You talk to whoever does the work
There is no layer of account managers between you and the person doing the job. The team is small on purpose.

A vetted specialist network
For photo, video, design or reputation we work with specific proven professionals, not whoever is free. Each one passes a trial job before touching a client account.

We tell you no
If a case is not viable or a service is not needed, we say so. Losing a job costs less than an unhappy client.

Reports include what failed
Our reports say what did not work. Without that there is no way to correct course, and everyone knows it.
