I want my online storeWHEN IT MAKES SENSE
You have product and customers in a physical shop or by message, and need your own channel that doesn’t depend on a marketplace.
The store gets traffic, but product pages, cart or checkout are losing sales along the way.
The WooCommerce or other platform store is slow, expensive to maintain or hard to grow.
You need a storefront for end customers and a separate access with its own terms for distributors or businesses.
WHAT CHANGES IN PRACTICE
Most stores that don’t sell don’t have a design problem: they have a system problem. The catalogue is badly structured for search, the ads land on product pages that don’t convince, the pixel doesn’t track real purchases and nobody wins back the customer who abandoned the cart. That’s why we start with a diagnosis of where the sale gets lost, and build the store, the traffic and the tracking as a single project.
Phoenix Hub Solutions works with Shopify because it balances launch speed, upkeep and room to grow, and we adapt it to each business: bilingual if you sell in several markets, with a wholesale portal if needed, and with inventory or invoicing integrations when volume calls for it. If you only need a company website with no online sales, the right service is web design.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
A badly built online store costs more than not having one. These are the questions worth settling before you start.
It includes the diagnosis of your catalogue and current store, the design and build of the store on Shopify, catalogue upload and organisation, payments, shipping and tax setup, product SEO, Google Shopping and Meta feeds with their tracking, and abandoned-cart recovery automation. The exact scope is settled after the diagnosis, based on catalogue, markets and integrations.
Because for most businesses it balances launch speed, upkeep and room to grow best, without needing a developer for every change. That doesn’t make it the only answer: if the case calls for custom development or you already have a working store on another platform, we assess it in the diagnosis before recommending a change.
Yes, if the migration is planned. Product and category URLs are kept or redirected, titles and descriptions that already rank are carried over, and tracking is checked after the move. What we don’t do is migrate blind: first we decide whether it’s worth it and which part of the catalogue and content is worth bringing across.
It depends mostly on catalogue size, whether there’s a migration and which integrations are needed. A store with a small catalogue is built much faster than one with thousands of products, several markets or an ERP connection. After the diagnosis we give you a fixed schedule, with the phases and what we need from you in each.
Yes, and it’s the recommended route: the store is built alongside the feeds, the pixel and the Meta and Google campaigns, and the abandoned-cart, email and WhatsApp automation. If you’d rather run some of those pieces yourself, the service can be limited to the store alone; what we don’t do is launch ads on a store with no tracking.
Yes. The store, the domain, the Shopify, Meta and Google accounts and your customer data are yours from day one, and are created in your name. Phoenix Hub Solutions operates from Malta, within the EU, under the same data-protection framework that applies to you, and the store’s legal pages are built to match it.
NEXT STEP
We review your catalogue, current store and margins, and tell you what to build first and what can wait.
