Suspected misdirected spend
Budget goes out every month and no one's sure which part of it is actually justified.
MARKETING CONSULTING / OUTSIDE DIAGNOSIS
We audit every channel you already have active — site, SEO, campaigns, social, Google listing — and tell you what works, what doesn't and what to prioritise first.
We review every channel you already have running: site, SEO, paid campaigns, social and your Google listing.
We weigh your current results against what's normal for your sector and business size.
We separate the urgent from the eye-catching: what moves the needle and what's just noise.
You get a report with concrete actions and who can carry out each one, your team or ours.
WHAT WE DELIVER
The report ranks findings by impact and effort, separating what you can fix yourself this week from what needs outside help.
What gets reviewed channel by channel
Does your case fit? We will tell you what can be done, at no cost and no commitment.
I want my diagnosisWHEN IT MAKES SENSE
Budget goes out every month and no one's sure which part of it is actually justified.
Each provider reports separately and no one has the full picture of the business's marketing.
The in-house team wants an outside view before asking for more budget or more people.
You want to invest more, but first need to know what's already working before scaling it.
WHAT CHANGES IN PRACTICE
A marketing audit starts from what the business already has running: site, paid channels, SEO, social and Google Business Profile listing. Each one is weighed against what's expected for the sector and business size, and the result is ranked by impact and effort, not an unmanageable list of fifty recommendations. Without that comparison against the sector's reality, what you get isn't an audit, it's an opinion.
At Phoenix Hub Solutions we don't require the execution to be with us: the report is yours, whether you run it, your team does, or any other provider. We review every active channel with the same criteria we'd apply if we were going to execute it ourselves, without inflating findings to justify more billable hours later. What we don't do is hand over a generic list of best practices without connecting them to your business's real numbers.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Before requesting an audit, it's worth knowing what gets reviewed, whether it obliges you to hire more, and what happens if the diagnosis isn't what you expected.
It includes an audit of the channels you already have active — site, SEO, paid campaigns, social and Google Business Profile listing — compared against what's expected for your sector, and a report with priorities ranked by impact and effort. It doesn't include executing the recommended actions: that's a separate service you can hire us for, or run with your own team or another agency.
No. The report is yours from the moment we deliver it, and there's no clause obliging you to hire the execution with us. In fact, some clients take the report and run it with their own team or another agency, and for us that's just as valid an outcome as keeping one of the fronts ourselves. We'd rather give an honest report than inflate findings to justify more billable hours later.
Between 1 and 2 weeks from when we get access to your channels, depending on how many need reviewing. Businesses with several active paid platforms and years of historical data take a bit longer, because there's more information to compare. The timeline is confirmed after the first access meeting, not before.
It can happen, and we'll say it anyway: we'd rather lose the chance to sell you more services than soften a diagnosis. If the problem isn't marketing but product, pricing or operational capacity, we'll flag that too, even if it falls outside what we can fix ourselves. What we don't do is invent marketing priorities when the real problem lies somewhere else.
Read-only access to web analytics, active ad accounts and your Google Business Profile listing. We don't ask for passwords or need edit permissions on any account: being able to see performance is enough to audit. All access can be revoked as soon as the report is delivered.
Just access to whatever you already use, even if it's not much: if you only have a Google listing and a social account, that's what gets audited. If there's no analytics tool active, we note that as the first finding, because auditing without a starting baseline is the first thing to fix. The first step is a short meeting where you share read-only access.
NEXT STEP
We audit what you already have active and tell you the priority of each thing, without requiring the execution to be with us.
