Fake reviews and defamatory content, gone

We remove reviews that breach platform policy and articles that damage your brand without real grounds. We charge for removals achieved, not for trying.

A one-star review from someone who was never a customer can cost you more than a failed campaign. And replying politely doesn't delete it.

Google, Trustpilot and the rest have specific policies on what counts as a valid review: conflict of interest, defamatory content, spam, no genuine customer experience. What breaches those policies can be removed.

The work consists of documenting the breach in the exact terms of that platform's policy. Not politely asking them to take it down.

How We Work

How we get a review removed

  1. 01

    Classification

We determine exactly which policy each review breaches. Reviews that don't breach anything are ruled out here.

  2. 02

    Case file

We document the breach with evidence and patterns from the author's account.

  3. 03

    Report

We file the request through official channels, argued in the platform's own terms.

  4. 04

    Escalation

If it's denied, we rework the argument and escalate.

What can be removed

  • Reviews from people who were never customers
  • Reviews from competitors or with an obvious conflict of interest
  • Defamatory content, insults or baseless accusations
  • Coordinated negative review campaigns
  • Defamatory articles and posts indexed on Google
  • Old content that no longer reflects the company's reality

How we work

  • Free upfront analysis: we tell you what's removable and what isn't
  • Paid on removals achieved, where the case allows it
  • No need for access to your Google Business listing
  • Realistic timelines by case type, from days to weeks
  • Search suppression as an alternative when removal isn't viable
  • Report on every request filed and its outcome

When a negative review is legitimate

If the customer was real and the experience was bad, the review cannot be removed — nor should it be. What you can do is respond to it well and offset it with a volume of real, positive reviews, which is what actually moves the average rating.

We'll tell you that in the initial analysis. Charging to try to remove something that complies with policy is selling smoke to someone already having a bad day.
