Your suspended ad account, reinstated
Google Ads and Meta Ads locked mid-campaign. We identify the real violation that triggered the suspension, fix it, and file the appeal with proof of the change.
A suspended ad account never gives warning. It goes down on a Tuesday morning, campaigns still live and the quarter's budget already committed.
The message the platform sends — "suspicious activity", "business policy violation" — almost never says what the actual problem is. Appealing without identifying it wastes the attempt.
Our work starts by finding the real violation: the landing page, the payment method, an old ad, the business account structure. We fix it first. We appeal after.
How We Work
How we reinstate an account
- 01
Audit
We check ads, landing pages, payment method and account structure against current policies.
- 02
Correction
We fix whatever breaches policy before appealing — not doing this is the number one reason appeals get denied.
- 03
Appeal
We explain what breached policy, what has been corrected, and with what evidence.
- 04
Safeguarding
We leave the account in a state that will not trigger the suspension again.
Suspensions we handle
- Google Ads suspended for "unacceptable business practices" or "misrepresentation"
- Google Merchant Center with the store listing disabled
- Restricted Meta Business Manager and disabled ad profiles
- Accounts taken down for links to another previously suspended account
- Repeated ad rejections that end up locking the account
- Sectors under strict review: health, finance, education
What's included
- Audit of the real reason, not the platform's generic message
- Prior correction of everything in breach
- Drafting and filing the appeal through official channels
- Escalation if the first review is denied
- Recommendations so it doesn't happen again
- No access to your payment methods at any point
Why we fix things before appealing
Because the reviewer checks the current state of the account, not its intentions. An appeal that says "we've already fixed it" when it hasn't been fixed gets denied, and burns one of the few attempts available.
On accounts with several rejections already stacked up, the margin is thin: every failed appeal lowers the odds of the next one. That's why we prepare a single appeal, properly.
What you get
The account back in operation and the root cause fixed, not patched over.
- Real suspension reason identified
- Correction before appealing
- Appeal through official channels
- Safeguarding so it doesn't happen again
