LAUNCH / NEW BUSINESS

Digital business launch, idea to market. The day you open,
everything has to exist already.

Positioning, brand, website, Google Business Profile, social media, content, advertising, lead generation and CRM — one single project instead of ten uncoordinated suppliers.

A map, before anything else.

We define positioning, value proposition and which channels to use first, before designing anything.

Illustrated process. Scope depends on whether there’s an existing brand, the time left until opening, and which channels you want to activate first.
  • One project, one owner
  • Brand and site aligned
  • Presence from day 1
  • CRM from the first lead

WHEN IT MAKES SENSE

When the business exists
but digitally it doesn’t.

01

You already have an opening date

The premises, product or team are ready, but there’s no website or Google listing yet.

02

You’ve just registered the company

The company legally exists, but digitally the business doesn’t exist anywhere yet.

03

You don’t want to juggle ten vendors

You don’t want to manage a designer, a community manager and an ad agency who don’t talk to each other.

04

You need customers from day one

You can’t afford months of silence while each piece gets built separately.

WHAT CHANGES IN PRACTICE

Launching a business means building brand, website, presence and the first leads as one project, not stacking separate vendors.

Launching a business isn’t commissioning a website and waiting to see what happens. It’s deciding positioning and value proposition first, then building identity and the website on that foundation, activating Google and social presence at the same time the site is finished, and leaving the CRM and first campaigns connected before the first customer arrives. Each piece depends on the previous one, so the order matters as much as the content of each step.

Phoenix Hub Solutions organises it as a single project with one calendar and one owner, not as ten separate jobs with nobody coordinating them. Deliveries arrive in phases, prioritising what lets you start selling before finishing what consolidates the brand medium-term. We don’t incorporate the company or handle the tax side: we coordinate with your accountant on anything that affects the brand and the site’s legal pages.

PeopleWhoever visits your new business for the first time finds a brand, a website and channels telling the same story, not loose pieces half put together.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START

The important part,
explained well.

Launching costs less when the order is decided in advance. These are the questions worth resolving before fixing a date.

What exactly does the launch include?

It includes strategy and positioning, naming if needed, branding and corporate identity, a bilingual website, the Google Business Profile listing and social profiles, brand photography and video, initial content, the first advertising and lead generation campaigns, and the CRM with the automations that receive those leads from day one. It doesn’t include incorporating the company or the tax and legal side: we work alongside your accountant on that.

Can I start before the company is incorporated?

Yes, and in fact it’s better to start before: strategy, naming and brand design don’t depend on the company already existing, so the day it’s incorporated the website and presence are already ready to activate. The only thing that waits for incorporation is the tax details that go on the site and the Google listing, which are added in a day. You don’t need a final trading name to start the project.

How long does it take to have everything ready?

A standard launch — brand, website, Google listing, social and first campaigns — is usually ready between 6 and 10 weeks from the initial strategy. If naming from scratch is needed, or there are several languages and locations, the timeline rises to 10 to 14 weeks. Deliveries arrive in phases, so the Google listing and social profiles can be active before the website is fully finished.

What happens if the opening date moves earlier or later?

The project is phased precisely for that: if the date moves earlier, we prioritise the minimum needed to sell — Google listing, one active social profile and a working website — and leave the rest for after opening. If it moves later, we don’t waste the time: we use the margin to polish content and test campaigns before real traffic arrives. What we don’t do is launch advertising before there’s somewhere for it to land.

Who handles GDPR and the site’s legal pages?

The website is delivered with a privacy notice, cookies and the legal pages the regulation requires, written with marketing judgement but reviewed on the specific content with your legal advisor. Phoenix Hub Solutions operates from Malta, within the EU, so we work under the same regulatory framework that applies to you. We don’t incorporate the company or replace a lawyer or accountant: we coordinate with whoever handles that part.

What do I need to have before starting?

At minimum, a business idea with an approximate opening date and someone who can make brand decisions on your behalf. You don’t need a name, logo or previous website: if they don’t exist, they get built within the project. The first step is a strategy session where we define positioning and priorities; from there the phase calendar is set.
