Two agencies, two reports that don’t match
Google Ads and Meta Ads are run by different people, and no one compares the two results together.
ADVERTISING / TWO PLATFORMS, ONE PLAN
We manage your paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads as a single system: the same budget, the same decision criteria, and one report that brings both platforms together instead of keeping them apart.
We see whether your customer is actively searching on Google or whether their interest needs waking up on social first.
We split spend between Google and Meta based on whichever platform brings leads at a lower cost that week.
We compare performance across both platforms before deciding where to scale and where to cut back.
You get a single report that brings Google and Meta together, not two separate dashboards you have to cross-reference yourself.
WHAT WE DELIVER
We manage Google Ads and Meta Ads under the same business criteria, with budget split according to what each platform genuinely delivers.
How it’s split between the two platforms
Does your case fit? We will tell you what can be done, at no cost and no commitment.
I want a coordinated campaignWHEN IT MAKES SENSE
Google Ads and Meta Ads are run by different people, and no one compares the two results together.
Nobody is searching for your product on Google because you’ve just created it, so interest needs waking up on social first.
You can’t afford to spend badly on either platform, so the split has to be decided with data.
Someone sees your ad on Instagram and then searches on Google, but the two campaigns don’t talk to each other.
WHAT CHANGES IN PRACTICE
Google Ads captures demand that already exists: someone types a search and the ad answers that explicit intent. Meta Ads works the other way round, because nobody is actively searching for what you offer on Instagram or Facebook: you have to interrupt the right audience with the right message to create that intent. Coordinating both platforms means moving budget towards whichever gives cheaper leads that week, not splitting evenly out of habit.
At Phoenix Hub Solutions we manage both platforms from the same account and the same criteria: a lead that comes in through Meta also gets retargeted on Google if it doesn’t convert the first time, and vice versa. We don’t promise a specific return on investment, because it depends on your sector, the competition and the average order value of what you sell; what we do control is making sure the budget doesn’t sit idle in the channel that’s performing worst.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Before coordinating Google Ads and Meta Ads, it’s worth knowing how the budget is split and what happens if a channel doesn’t work. We answer those questions here.
Here, both platforms are managed from one account, one budget-split criteria and one monthly report. If you’d rather go deeper on just one platform — for example because your business depends almost entirely on Google search — we have dedicated Google Ads or Meta Ads services with more operational detail on that single platform. This service makes sense when you want both working together, not one replacing the other.
Sometimes yes, and if the data says so, we move almost the entire budget to a single platform for a while. But many businesses lose customers who see the ad on Meta and then search on Google, or the other way round, and if only one platform is active, that second opportunity is lost. Coordinating both doesn’t mean always splitting evenly — it means deciding with data, week by week.
Campaigns are usually live within 5 to 10 working days of creatives and landing pages being approved. The first signals of which channel performs better arrive within 2 to 4 weeks, because both platforms need a learning period before they can optimise on their own. The budget split isn’t adjusted before that data is in, so as not to move spend blindly.
We check whether the problem lies in the offer, the audience or the landing page before continuing to spend the same way. There’s no guaranteed result in paid advertising — nobody can promise that — but there is a clear limit: if neither platform has improved after 3 to 4 weeks, we say so and rethink the strategy instead of keeping the spend running out of inertia.
Yes. Both platforms have their own policies on what can be advertised and how, and a breach can end up getting the ad account suspended. We set up conversion tracking and pixels in compliance with GDPR, with cookie consent managed before any tag fires. If your sector has specific restrictions — health, finance — we review that before launching the first campaign.
Active Google Ads and Meta Business accounts, or we create them if they don’t exist, plus admin access to set up conversion tracking. You’ll also need a landing page to send traffic to: if you don’t have one, we prepare it as part of the setup. The first step is agreeing together on the starting budget and the goal — leads, sales or bookings — before touching either platform.
NEXT STEP
We review your current situation on both platforms and tell you what budget and what split makes sense to start with, before launching anything.
