First serious campaign for the business
You're investing in marketing for the first time and don't want the first decision to be picking whatever channel is trending.
MARKETING STRATEGY / THE PLAN BEFORE YOU SPEND
We design the plan that orders which digital channels to enter, in what sequence and with what budget — before you spend on advertising, SEO or social media without knowing what comes next.
We analyse which channels your potential customer uses today and where there's real demand, before recommending anything.
We define which channels come first, in what order, and what share of the budget each one gets.
We weigh each channel against available budget and expected response time, not against what's trending.
You get a phased document with milestones and owners, that your team or ours can execute directly.
WHAT WE DELIVER
The plan arrives in writing, with channels ranked by priority, an indicative budget for each, and who can execute it.
What each phase of the plan sets in order
Does your case fit? We will tell you what can be done, at no cost and no commitment.
I want my channel planWHEN IT MAKES SENSE
You're investing in marketing for the first time and don't want the first decision to be picking whatever channel is trending.
You have a site, social media and the odd campaign, but no one has decided how much weight each one carries or why.
Leadership is asking for a plan with numbers before approving spend on new channels.
The business grew fast, a bit of everything was tried, and now no one knows what's actually working.
WHAT CHANGES IN PRACTICE
A marketing plan starts from three questions: who actually buys, where they'll find you first, and what budget makes sense on each channel given what your team can actually handle. It's built from what you already have — site, social, current budget — and from what's missing, and it ends in a priority order, not a list of loose tactics. Without that order, each channel gets picked by trend or by whatever the competition did last.
At Phoenix Hub Solutions we deliver the plan in writing, with channels ranked by expected impact and an indicative budget per front, before we ever propose executing anything. We don't sell the plan as a mandatory step toward hiring us: if you'd rather run it with your own team, it's documented so anyone can follow it without depending on us. What we don't do is launch a campaign before that priority order exists.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Before commissioning a plan, it's worth knowing what it includes, how long it takes, and what happens if the priority channel doesn't perform as expected.
It includes a diagnosis of your current channels, a definition of who you sell to and what sets you apart, a priority order across channels, and an indicative budget per front, delivered as a phased document. It does not include running campaigns: that's a separate service you can hire us for or run with your own team. It also doesn't include creative design or ad copywriting, which get defined within each channel once it's executed.
Yes. The plan is yours from the moment we deliver it, whoever ends up executing it. It's documented in phases with milestones and owners so any team, in-house or another agency, can follow it without having to rebuild the reasoning from scratch. If you eventually decide we should run one of the fronts, the diagnosis already done speeds up the start, since there's no need to repeat it.
Between 2 and 3 weeks from the first diagnosis meeting, depending on how many channels need reviewing and how accessible your current business data is. Businesses with several active channels and data scattered across different tools take longer, because the initial diagnosis takes more time. The timeline is confirmed after the first session, not before.
The plan isn't a promise of results per channel: it's a priority order based on the information available at the time of diagnosis. If the first channel doesn't perform as expected, we review the real data from those first weeks and adjust the order; that's part of the follow-up, not a failure of the plan. What we don't do is promise which channel will perform best before testing it with your own data.
We need read-only access to the tools you already use: web analytics, active ad accounts and, if it exists, your CRM or current customer list. We don't ask for full-access passwords, nor do you need to share your customers' personal data: aggregated figures and performance metrics are enough. All access is revoked once the plan is delivered, if you prefer.
Nothing essential beyond access to what you already use today, even if it's not much. If you don't have any analytics tool active, the first thing we do is set up basic tracking, because without a starting baseline the plan would rest on assumptions. The first step is a one-hour diagnosis meeting where we review together what already exists.
NEXT STEP
We review what you already have active and where you want to take the business before proposing a single new channel.
