A fake review from a competitor
A one-star review appears from someone who was never a customer, right when the rest of the rating was good.
DIGITAL PROTECTION / ONLINE REPUTATION
Ongoing monitoring, real review generation and removal of whatever breaches each platform's policies. On Google, Trustpilot and your sector's directories.
We search your brand, your domain and your executives to see exactly what shows up on the first page of results.
We monitor reviews, mentions and new results daily, and prioritise whatever can move the average rating.
We respond to legitimate negative reviews with judgement and report the ones that breach platform policy.
We add real reviews and owned content while the noise that breaches policy gets removed or loses visibility.
WHAT WE DELIVER
A system for monitoring, generating reviews and removing whatever breaches policy, with a monthly report on how your brand evolves when people search it.
What a client sees when they search you today
Does your case fit? We will tell you what can be done, at no cost and no commitment.
Audit my reputationWHEN IT MAKES SENSE
A one-star review appears from someone who was never a customer, right when the rest of the rating was good.
A problem solved long ago still shows up in the top search results for the brand or the founder.
Outdated or duplicate data across sector directories confuses anyone comparing before they decide.
The company grows, mentions multiply, and nobody on the team has time to watch them all any more.
WHAT CHANGES IN PRACTICE
Most prospective clients search a company's name before contacting it, and what they find on that first screen carries more weight than the website itself, because it shows up first. Managing reputation means working that screen in two directions at once: making what's true and favourable take up more space, and removing or reporting whatever breaches the policy of the platform hosting it.
We monitor brand, domain and executives on an ongoing basis, generate a real flow of reviews from real customers with no prohibited incentives, and report through official channels whatever breaches policy. We don't buy positive reviews or write fake ones, and we don't work against anyone else's reputation: both practices get detected, and the damage to the whole listing outweighs any short-term gain.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Online reputation is managed continuously, not in a single pass. Here are the six things worth being clear on before you start.
It includes ongoing monitoring of your brand, your domain and your executives, generating a real flow of customer reviews, reporting whatever breaches policy on each platform, and a monthly progress report. It does not include the guaranteed removal of one specific review — that depends on whether it breaches a policy, and is exactly what our narrower review removal service covers. It also never includes attacking a competitor's reputation, under any circumstances.
No, never. We generate real reviews by asking real customers, with no incentives prohibited by platform policy, and without writing a single word on behalf of anyone who hasn't actually bought from you. Google and Trustpilot detect patterns of bought or fake reviews and penalise the entire listing, not just the suspicious review, so the risk outweighs any short-term gain. It's also simply a line we don't cross with any client.
The free initial audit takes 3 to 5 days. The first visible changes on the first page of results — a reported review coming down, a directory updated — are usually noticeable within 4 to 8 weeks. Sustainably moving the average rating with a real flow of new reviews takes longer, typically 2 to 4 months, because it depends on how many customers agree to leave a review, not on a process we can speed up on our own.
If the customer was real and the experience was bad, the review does not get removed, nor should it, however much it stings to read. What we do is respond to it with judgement and professionalism, and offset it with a growing volume of real positive reviews, which is what actually moves the average rating over time. Promising the removal of a legitimate review is selling you something no platform will ever grant, and it's not the kind of expectation we deal in.
Yes. We monitor public information — reviews, mentions, search results — and always respond from the business's official profile, without impersonating anyone or accessing anyone's private data. We only report what breaches each platform's published policy, never legitimate content from competitors, which would also be unfair competition under EU law. All the work is documented in the monthly report you receive.
We need you to add us as managers on your Google Business Profile and any profiles you want monitored — never your personal password, but manager-level access the platform itself lets you revoke whenever you want. A list of the directories and review platforms that matter in your sector also helps. With that we run the initial audit, which takes 3 to 5 days, and show you exactly what shows up today before proposing anything.
