I want to manage my campaigns

WHEN IT MAKES SENSE

When the product
explains itself better visually.

01

Business with a visual product or service

Retail, hospitality or beauty, where an image or a video explain the offer better than text.

02

Audience that can be segmented precisely

You have real customer data to build lookalike audiences that already know your product.

03

Previous campaigns with no clear result

You tried Meta Ads before, but the same creative ran for weeks and performance dropped without anyone noticing.

04

More creatives than you can produce

You need to refresh ads more often than your in-house team can design and approve them.

WHAT CHANGES IN PRACTICE

Managing Meta Ads means interrupting the right audience with the right message, not buying reach.

On Instagram and Facebook, nobody is actively searching for what you sell: the algorithm decides who to show the ad to based on the audience, the campaign objective and how that audience responds in the first few hours. An audience that’s too broad, or a badly chosen objective, gets reach that doesn’t translate into leads, because the system doesn’t know what result to optimise for. Performance also drops over time: the same audience sees the same ad too many times, an effect known as audience fatigue.

At Phoenix Hub Solutions we build audiences from your real customers — custom and lookalike — and choose the campaign objective that matches the result you need, never “reach” by default. We refresh creatives before fatigue drags performance down, not once it’s already shown up in the cost per lead. We don’t guarantee a specific cost per result, because it depends on your sector and the size of your available audience.

PeopleWhoever sees your ad wasn’t looking for it; they have to recognise themselves in the image or video within two seconds, or they keep scrolling.
SEO and GEOWe explain how segmentation and audience fatigue work in verifiable, citable sentences. We don’t guarantee a specific cost per result or reach.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START

The important part,
explained well.

Before putting your Meta Ads campaigns in our hands, it’s worth knowing how the audience is built and how often the creative gets refreshed. We answer those questions here.

What exactly does managing Meta Ads include?

It includes building custom and lookalike audiences, designing and testing image, video and carousel creatives, setting up the campaign objective and lead tracking through to the CRM. It doesn’t include Google Ads — that’s that service or the coordinated PPC package — or producing your organic social content, though we coordinate both if you already have them.

Why do campaigns drop off if they used to work well?

The most common reason is audience fatigue: the same creative has been live too long and the audience has already seen it several times, so the algorithm stops showing it as effectively. It also happens when the audience is too small and burns out fast, or when the campaign objective doesn’t match what the business needs to measure. We check all three causes before touching the budget.

How long does it take to see results?

Campaigns need between 3 and 7 days of a learning phase before the algorithm can optimise using its own data. The first reliable signals of which audience and which creative perform better usually arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. Businesses with very visual products sometimes see interest sooner; very niche audiences take longer because there’s less volume to learn from.

What happens if a campaign doesn’t deliver results?

We pause it and check whether the problem is the audience, the creative or the objective chosen, before continuing to spend budget on the same formula. We don’t promise a specific cost per lead because it depends on your sector and the size of your available audience. What we do is say clearly when a campaign isn’t working, rather than leaving it running out of inertia.

Do you comply with Meta’s ad policies and GDPR?

Yes. Meta has its own policies on what can be advertised and to whom, and we follow them because a breach can get the whole ad account suspended. We set up the pixel and the conversions API in compliance with GDPR, with cookie consent managed before any tracking fires. If your sector has specific Meta restrictions, we review that before launching the first ad.

What do I need to get started?

An active Meta Business account — we create one if it doesn’t exist — and admin access to set up the conversion pixel. It also helps to have images or video of the product or service, though if you don’t we can produce them as part of the setup. The first step is defining the campaign objective and who your real customer is.
