An account that only generates expensive clicks
Spend rises every month but the number of real contacts stays flat or falls.
GOOGLE ADS / JUST THIS PLATFORM
We manage your Google Ads account — Search, Display and YouTube — with the structure, negative keywords and conversion tracking that decide whether you pay for clicks or for customers.
We find the keywords your customer already types into Google, with the buying intent that matters.
We organise the account by intent and exclude, from day one, the searches that never convert.
We set up conversion tracking through to the contact or the sale, not just to the click.
We adjust bids and budget based on real cost per lead, not on what Google recommends by default.
WHAT WE DELIVER
The account is structured by search intent, with negative keywords from day one and tracking through to the lead, not just to the click.
How it’s organised and what gets measured
Does your case fit? We will tell you what can be done, at no cost and no commitment.
I want to manage my accountWHEN IT MAKES SENSE
Spend rises every month but the number of real contacts stays flat or falls.
Nobody has reviewed the account in months and the negative keywords were never updated.
Someone is searching for your service right now in your area, and you need to show up before the competition.
The in-house team doesn’t have the hours to review keywords, bids and budget every week.
WHAT CHANGES IN PRACTICE
Google Ads distributes your ads through an auction system that combines the bid with a Quality Score: how relevant the ad, the keyword and the landing page are to each other. A badly structured account pays more for the same click because that Quality Score is low, not because it lacks budget. Organising the account by search intent, excluding what doesn’t convert, and aligning every ad with its landing page is what lowers cost per click without touching the bid.
At Phoenix Hub Solutions we review the account every week, not once a month: which keywords generate leads, which only generate spend, and we adjust bids based on what each one genuinely delivers. We don’t guarantee a specific cost per lead because it depends on your sector and your area, but we do guarantee a principle: budget moves towards what works, it never sits idle out of habit.
QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START
Before handing your Google Ads account over to us, it’s worth knowing what changes from how you run it now and what budget makes sense. We answer those questions here.
It includes structuring Search, Display and YouTube campaigns, keyword research and pruning, ad copywriting, conversion tracking setup and weekly performance review. It doesn’t include Meta Ads — that’s the Meta Ads service or the coordinated PPC package — or landing page design, though we do tell you if that page is holding conversion back.
Google optimises for whatever you tell it to optimise for, and if conversion tracking measures clicks instead of real leads, the system optimises for the wrong thing. Google’s automation decides well when it receives good data; our part is setting up that data, the exclusions and the structure before letting the algorithm distribute the budget on its own.
The first reliable signals arrive within 2 to 4 weeks, which is what Google needs to come out of the learning phase after any structural change. A consistent improvement in cost per lead is usually seen within 6 to 10 weeks, depending on how much competition there is for your keywords and how much search volume exists in your area.
We check whether the problem is the bid, the landing page or market demand itself before continuing to spend the same way. We don’t promise a specific cost per lead because it doesn’t depend on account management alone. What we do is say clearly, with the weekly data in front of us, whether the channel is working or whether it’s worth moving budget elsewhere.
Yes. We set up conversion tracking and remarketing tags in compliance with GDPR, with cookie consent managed before any measurement activates. If your sector has specific advertising restrictions — health, finance, gambling — we review that before writing the first ad, because a breach can get the whole account suspended.
An active Google Ads account — we create one if it doesn’t exist — and admin access to set up conversion tracking. It also helps to be clear on what counts as a valid lead for your business, since that’s what determines how we measure the account’s success. The first step is a review of the current account or, if it’s new, of the starting budget and goal.
NEXT STEP
We look at your Google Ads account as it stands today and tell you what we’d change in the structure, the negative keywords and the conversion tracking.
